Chief People Officer

Valerie Bolch Pimenta joined 91ÂÛ̳ Engines in June 2022 as the senior vice president of Operations, and in April 2024 her role expanded to be the senior vice president of Service and Operations. In the role, she oversaw service for private clients, support for Planning teams and centralized operations for private client and qualified plan business lines. In February 2025 Valerie moved to head human resource and talent teams as the Chief People Officer.

Valerie serves on EFE’s Strategy Council, Execution Leadership Team, 401(k) Committee, and Investment Committee. Valerie is the Executive Sponsor of EFE’s BEACON employee resource group, focused on Increasing diversity and equality through programs and events specifically geared towards Black employees. She was previously the Executive Sponsor of ENABLED, focused on employees with, and caring for those with, disabilities.

Prior to joining EFE, Valerie was the vice president and Chief Operations Officer of M Securities, a division of M Financial Group. In that role, she was responsible for strategic direction of the broker-dealer and RIA and teams that supported advisors and their diverse business lines. Prior to this position, Valerie held multiple roles at Fisher Investments include vice president of Legal and Compliance and Group vice president of Client Operations. Before Fisher Investments, she worked at LPL Financial Services and Merrill Lynch.

Valerie has a B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
