    Suzanne joined 91ÂÛ̳ Engines in April 2022, bringing with her more than 20 years of leadership experience and a track record of growing and building organizations, both organically and inorganically, within the financial services industry.

    Chief Investment Officer

    As executive vice president of Investment Management and chief investment officer, Neil oversees the team that manages investments for all 91ÂÛ̳ Engines clients while helping them navigate the financial market cycles.

  • Kurt Fauerbach

    Head of Workplace

    Kurt is the senior vice president and head of Workplace Retirement at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, managing relationships with major recordkeeping partners and employers. He oversees strategic planning, pricing, and profitability for these relationships. Kurt joined EFE in 2008 and has held various leadership roles.

    Head of Wealth Planning

    Amin Dabit is the senior vice president of Wealth Planning at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, overseeing a team that includes all EFE financial planners. With over 20 years in financial services, he has led digital innovation and optimized processes. Prior to EFE, Amin held key roles at Alto Solutions, Personal Capital, UBS, and Merrill Lynch.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Megan Hanley has spent her career at the intersection of financial services and technology brands that create both customer and enterprise value. As the chief marketing officer, Megan is responsible for stewarding the 91ÂÛ̳ Engines brand so that it engages individuals at the most important financial moments in their lives.

    Head of Employee Planning

    Keith Kotfica is the senior vice president and head of Employee Planning, leading teams that interact with Workplace business participants. With over 30 years of experience, he has helped grow EFE's workplace advice solution, serving over 10 million 401(k) participants and managing $1.5 trillion in retirement assets.

  • Valerie Pimenta

    Chief People Officer

    Valerie Bolch Pimenta is the Chief People Officer at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, overseeing HR and talent teams. She joined EFE in 2022 as SVP of Operations and later expanded her role to SVP of Service and Operations. Prior to EFE, she held leadership roles at M Securities, Fisher Investments, LPL Financial Services, and Merrill Lynch.

    Chief Legal & Risk Officer

    Allison is the Chief Legal and Risk Officer at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, leading legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams. She joined EFE in 2024 with over 30 years of experience. Prior to EFE, Allison held key roles at Titan, Personal Capital, Handle Financial, Extreme Networks, Voxeo Corporation, Crystal Decisions, Verifone, and Hewlett Packard.

  • Denitsa Balunis

    Head of Strategy

    Denitsa Balunis is the head of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development for 91ÂÛ̳ Engines and responsible for the development and implementation of EFE’s enterprise strategy and planning, as well as mergers & acquisitions. She also serves as the Chief of Staff to EFE’s CEO driving cross-functional efforts at the CEO and business unit leadership levels.

    Head of Product

    Matt George is the senior vice president and head of Product and Design at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, leading teams that enhance financial planning, investment advice, and relationship management tools. Since joining EFE in 2021, he has led Wealth Planning and Workplace Product teams.

  • Jeff Suarez

    Head of Technology

    Jeff Suarez is the senior vice president and head of Technology at 91ÂÛ̳ Engines, overseeing software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations. He joined EFE in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience. Prior to EFE, Jeff was CTO at a Fidelity Labs startup and co-founded Financial Diligence Networks.
